How do I partner with Pric?
At Preic, partnering with us is streamlined and convenient, entirely online. Through our sign-up process, you'll receive step-by-step guidance to provide or verify essential information and electronically acknowledge agreements. We make it easy to initiate our partnership and start your journey toward multifamily real estate success
Am I an accredited investor?
An accredited investor is someone who:
Earned income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse) in the last two years and expects the same for the current year, OR
Has a net worth over $1 million, alone or with a spouse (excluding the value of the primary residence), OR
Entities such as banks, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, and trusts can also be accredited investors, with varying qualifications.
Can I Parnter with Preic if I live in another country?
International investors are welcome to invest in our accredited funds, with appropriate structuring and documentation. Our team can guide you through the requirements for international investments.
What types of fees do you charge?
Our fee structure includes an asset management fee, transaction fees for acquisitions and disposals, and a performance-based incentive fee. We do not charge additional miscellaneous fees or commissions.
Is there risk involved?
All investments carry risk, including the loss of principal. We encourage investors to consider these risks and consult a financial advisor. Preic conducts extensive due diligence to mitigate risks and aim for stable, long-term returns.
